Our approach to your wedding design is fun and interactive.  Every planning element in this process is there to bring your wedding vision into reality. 

  • Guidance and selection of design elements such a color palette, theme, textures, patterns, and shapes

  • Customized wedding design proposal that includes an Inspiration board and a complete design proposal, walking you through your wedding and every detail your guests will experience

  • Hand drawn-sketches, 3-D virtual renderings, and mock-up tables to ensure that your vision is exactly what is being delivered on wedding day

  • Design Vendor selection such as florist, rentals, signage, etc. to ensure a consistent aesthetic throughout the wedding design

Planning

Our planning process features a client portal and personalized service that is designed just for you, ensuring you have a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish!

  • Customized financial planning, tracking, and organization with meetings throughout the process to keep you informed of distribution of funds

  • Vendor selection, management and organization including contracts, files, payments, and communication with each vendor

  • Floorplan design and layouts of the ceremony and reception locations

  • Customized timeline to ensure the wedding runs smoothly (updated throughout the process)

  • Guest accommodations and transportation management to ensure all your guests are taken care of and pampered from the minute the minute they RSVP “yes”!

Coordination

Once planning and logistics are taken care of, we then handle every detail, from coordinating vendors to a perfect rehearsal and wedding day. You will Enjoy a seamless celebration, from setup to cleanup, without any worries.

  • Final venue walkthrough of your wedding venue with relevant vendors (usually 4 weeks out) to ensure everyone is prepared and on the same page

  • A 1-hour wedding ceremony rehearsal to take place the week of the wedding where Bridal party timeline and instructions will be distributed

  • All day on-site coordination on the day of your wedding of all your hired vendors and cues, including pre-ceremony festivities, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing
