This package was purposely created with you in mind, knowing that you will need our professional team to finalize the details and bring you wedding vision to life.
Details Meeting 5-6 weeks out to review files and information, including vendor contracts and confirmed wedding details
Finalize detailed timeline of event logistics and event flow to ensure the wedding runs smoothly
Attend and direct a 1-hour wedding ceremony rehearsal to take place the week of the wedding to assist wedding party with Processional/Recessional Order
Attend final walkthrough of your wedding venue with any relevant vendors (usually 4 weeks out)
Final confirmation of all vendors, including individualized timelines and instructions for each
All day on-site coordination on the day of your wedding including Set-up/Breakdown
Payment/Gratuity Distribution to vendors on wedding day so you don’t have to worry about finding your wallet or tracking vendors yourself
